Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an Atlassian tooling specialist to drive rollout, adoption and effective use of Atlassian tools across the division. You will partner with stakeholders to align on prioritisation and delivery practices, maximizing platform value while conforming to enterprise standards.

You will manage a backlog of tooling requests, perform technical analysis to support platform changes, and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.

You will act as the Atlassian tooling specialist for this division, driving the rollout, adoption and effective use of Atlassian tools and capabilities to improve ways of working across the organisation. You will partner with stakeholders to support consistent prioritisation and delivery practices, helping teams maximise the value of the platform while aligning with enterprise standards and best practices. Through collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, you will contribute to a culture that promotes innovation, inclusion, accountability and sustainable outcomes.
