You will own delivery outcomes end-to-end, from architecture and design decisions through to production deployment and operational reliability. Working closely with engineers, product managers and business analysts, you will shape priorities, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performing and maintainable solutions.

You will lead technical design decisions and remain hands-on with coding for critical platform components and proof of concepts, while driving engineering excellence across the team. You will take ownership of platform reliability, including key risk indicators (KRIs), service level objectives (SLOs), incident management and root cause analysis. As a senior technical leader, you will mentor engineers through coaching, regular feedback and knowledge sharing, helping develop capability across the team. You will also act as a trusted technical voice with stakeholders and participate in the team's on-call rotation as a senior escalation point.
