Qualificações

• Lulusan S1 dari universitas terkemuka
• Memiliki 1–2 tahun pengalaman procurement IT atau bidang procurement terkait

• Mampu membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan vendor
• Terampil mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel, untuk mendukung aktivitas procurement

Responsabilidades

• Mengelola proses pengadaan IT end-to-end, termasuk identifikasi kebutuhan, pemilihan vendor, negosiasi kontrak, dan pembelian
• Menangani pengadaan perangkat IT, lisensi software, dan layanan sesuai kebutuhan organisasi
• Memantau kinerja vendor IT, evaluasi kinerja, tinjauan kontrak, dan hubungan kerja jangka panjang
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan kebutuhan TI terpenuhi secara efektif dan efisien

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job description for IT Vendor Management will be, but not limited to:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT goods and services, including needs identification, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing.
• Handle procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, and services based on organizational needs.
• Monitor IT vendor performance, including performance evaluations, contract reviews, and the development of long-term working relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IT requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Possess at least Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT procurement or a related procurement field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support procurement activities.
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
