Job summary

WIK Group, a family-owned electrical home appliances designer and manufacturer, seeks a QA leader to oversee IQC/SPC/OQC teams and uphold ISO standards across molding and die casting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical engineering with 3–5 years of QA experience, fluent English, and strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical engineering; 3–5 years of QA experience in similar role.
• Certified and experienced in internal/external process audits, ISO 22000 & GMP knowledge, ISO 9001 & 14001.
• Strong in 8D methodology and familiar with QC 7 tools.
• Experience in IPQC and handling customer complaints; ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise IQC/SPC/OQC team activities and monitor quality performance across molding & die casting.
• Maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 alignment; support audits and address audit findings.
• Create and update test plans in RQM; train inspectors on new standards.
• Lead 8D teams for customer complaints and drive corrective actions.
• Provide disposition on quality issues and propose preventive actions.
• Support QA continuous improvements and provide technical recommendations.

Your Tasks

• Manage and supervise all activities of IQC/SPC/ OQC team, and monitor quality performance at Molding & Die Casting and work with related departments to achieve quality target.
• Keep the system of ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 consistent with the updated company operation, plus the consistency with the most updated international standard. Conduct process audit internal & support preparation for external audit and follow up on internal & external audit complaints.
• Create, review, and update test plan in RQM to be performed by SPC. Perform internal training for new part/product standards to inspector (SPC & Leaders).
• Responsible for key process release & process / product evaluation based on systematic approach such as MSA, process capability study for internal & external customers. Taking part in 8D team for customer complaint to ensure follow up implementation of corrective action.
• Provide disposition, direction related to quality issues found by IQC/SPC/ OQC and analysis for quality issues at production follow up until closed, proactive and constructive feedback to system and product problems with the aim of corrective actions and evaluation reports for prevention and correction.
• Support on the continuous improvements and provide technical advice or proposal/methods to the management regarding productivity/efficiency, innovation, cost savings, quality of products and other defined performance indicators and 6S implementation within QA Department.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering and minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the same position.
• Certified and highly experienced in process audit internal and external, introduction of ISO 22000 & GMP standard, certified ISO 9001 & 14001.
• Strong in 8D methodology and familiar with QC 7 tools.
• Familiar with quality continuous improvement, decision making for parts disposition, managing IPQC and handle customers complaint management.
• Fluent in English, solid skill for Microsoft office and good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and seek lean and continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
