Job summary

WIK Group in Indonesia is seeking an SPC/QA expert to supervise molding and die casting quality, drive SPC initiatives, and ensure targets across production.

You will define and update test plans, conduct internal audits, support external audits, and sustain ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 compliance while fostering lean improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in mechanical and electrical engineering with 3–5 years’ experience, fluent English, and strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering with 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits to ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, 8D, and QC tools.
• Fluent English, strong MS Office skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude for lean improvements.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all activities of SPC team at Molding & Die Casting and monitor quality performance.
• Provide disposition and direction related to quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Define, review, and update test plans in RQM for SPC and train inspectors on new standards.
• Maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 alignment with updated company operations and international standards.
• Lead process release and evaluation using MSA and process capability studies for internal/external customers.
• Conduct internal process audits and assist for external audits; support 6S within QA.

Your Tasks

• Manage and supervise all activities of SPC team at Molding & Die Casting and Monitor quality performance at respective processes and work with related departments to achieve quality targets.
• Provide disposition and direction related to quality issues found by SPC and proactive and constructive feedback to system and product problems with the aim of corrective action.
• Define, review, and update test plan in RQM to be performed by SPC and perform internal training for new part/product standard to inspector.
• Keep the system of ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 in consistent with the updated company operation, plus consistency with the most updated international standard.
• Responsible for key process release & process/product evaluation based on systematic approach such as MSA, process capability study for internal and external customer.
• Conduct process audit internal & support preparation for external audit, follow up on internal audit complaints and support 6S implementation within QA department.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering and minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the same position.
• Familiar to conduct process audit internal & support preparation for external audit ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, 8D, 7 QC tools SAP.
• Provide ISI report to release new parts, new tooling, transfer tooling or new production process/Supplier and pilot run report.
• Support productions if any quality issue related material or component and feedback to supplier.
• Fluent in English, solid skill for Microsoft office and good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and seek lean and continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
