Job summary

PT INSERASENA (POLYGON GROUP) is seeking a QA & Warranty Supervisor to ensure product quality through effective policies and cross-functional collaboration with Production and Engineering to investigate and fix issues.

Fresh graduates are welcome; you will monitor audits, support regulatory and customer inspections, and drive corrective actions with data-driven reporting and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and implementation.
• Ability to analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in data management and reporting to support quality monitoring.
• Detail oriented and highly accurate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and effective implementation of all company’s policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to investigate and take corrective action.
• Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with other departments.
• Monitor work progress to ensure deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.
• Participate in regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response.

Job description

As a QA & Warranty Supervisor, you will responsible for ensuring product quality standards are consistently met through the effective implementation of quality policies and procedures, coordinating cross-functional corrective actions, resolving quality issues and customer complaints, monitoring work progress, and supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Responsibility :

Responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company’s policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products.

Coordinating with other dept. Production and Engineering to investigate and take correction / corrective action.

Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with other departments.

Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld

Participate in all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response.

Requirement :

Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and implementation.

Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Experienced in data management and reporting to support quality monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.
