Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven experience managing forecasting, S&OP, and cross-functional alignment.
• Proficiency in planning systems and data tools (Excel, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly demand planning cycle with robust forecasts.
• Integrate inputs from customer trends, innovation, and promo activity.
• Drive forecast accuracy and bias improvements using analytics.
• Own S&OP demand story: risks, opportunities, actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CD, and Finance to align forecasts.
• Maintain rolling mid-to long-term forecasts and translate signals for supply.
• Support innovation planning including volume projection and launch readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and drive governance.
