Job summary

Unilever Grha in Indonesia is seeking a Deputy Customer Operations & Planning Manager for Java & RTM (Foods). You will lead end-to-end commercial planning and execution across GT, MT, RTM and HSM channels to drive sales growth and profitability.

You will manage promotional strategies, TTS allocation, and keep S&OP aligned with category leads, while guiding customer teams toward monthly and half-year targets. Strong leadership, Excel analytics, and a proven FMCG background are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience, including AASM/AAM/CSP roles.
Experience managing DT and RTM operations.
Strong understanding of category strategy and commercial levers.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of channel and category plans to deliver commercial targets across GT, MT, RTM, and HSM.
Develop and manage promotional strategies and TTS allocation across customer teams.
Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness across all channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Drive performance management of customer teams, ensuring delivery of monthly and half-year targets.
Represent customer and channel perspectives in the S&OP process.
Collaborate with Category Leads to ensure end-to-end alignment between category strategy and channel execution.
