Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Deputy Customer Operations & Planning Manager - Java & RTM (Foods) to lead end-to-end commercial planning for Foods across Java region GT & LMT and RTM & HSM channels. You will drive sales growth through channel strategy, promotion planning, and effective customer team leadership, while aligning with S&OP processes and Category Leads.

Excellent communication across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.

Financial acumen, including P&L understanding and budget management.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of channel and category plans to deliver commercial targets across GT, MT, RTM, and HSM.
Develop and manage promotional strategies and TTS allocation across customer teams.
Monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness across all channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Drive performance management of customer teams, ensuring delivery of monthly and half-year targets.
Represent customer and channel perspectives in the S&OP process.
Collaborate with Category Leads to ensure end-to-end alignment between category strategy and channel execution.
