Job summary

PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning professional to lead in-market forecasting and coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and supply teams. You will monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvements to ensure seamless product fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree (industrial engineering preferred), 5+ years in demand planning within consumer goods or pharmaceutical sectors, and solid SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field; industrial engineering preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with forecasting and supply chain concepts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Define in-market sales forecast as guidance for all lines and functions.
• Monitor and measure forecast accuracy frequently.
• Coordinate with related parties to fulfill product supply consistently.
• Initiate improvements to strengthen demand–supply synergy.

• Collaborate with marketing & sales in defining in-market sales forecast as the commitment and guidance for all line and functions
• Monitor and measure forecast accuracy frequently
• Coordinating with related parties in product supply fulfillment consistently and effectively
• Initiate and contribute in improvement or other strategy to build sinergy between demand, supply, and other related parties

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree, preferably from industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in handling demand planning, with consumer goods / pharmaceutical industry background, and 1 year in managerial level
• Experience in handling forecasting, deep understanding in supply chain management and its financial effect
• Computer literate, and experience with SAP
• Good analytical thinking, planning, and negotiation skill
