Job summary

NTT DATA in Indonesia is seeking an entry level Associate TS Systems Integration Specialist to learn configuring, installing and handling break/fix tasks within the TS Systems Integration team. You will work under guidance to develop skills through projects and certifications.

You will collaborate with Implementation Engineering to meet client requirements, perform less complex configurations, attend to break/fix events, and grow toward associate-level certification while expanding business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Vendor certification(s) as required.
• Entry level experience preferred, within a global IT services organization.

Responsibilities

• Learns to own portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycle.
• Collaborates with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
• Performs less complex configurations and installations.
• Attends to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycle.
• Provides support and works with senior engineers.
