Overview

The associate Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is an entry-level subject matter expert tasked with learning the skills required to work closely with the TS Systems Integration team to perform configurations, installations, and handle break/fix events that are considered less complex in nature. The role is designed to develop associate-level certification while simultaneously building business knowledge to support configurations, installations, and event resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to own portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
• Execute less complex configurations and installations.
• Respond to less complex break/fix events during the project lifecycle.
• Provide support and work alongside Senior Associates/L2 and other senior support engineers.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.
