Job summary

AIA Company Limited in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven sales operations professional to drive weekly and monthly production targets and ensure quality performance across the team. You will manage the TSR mapping database, coordinate campaigns, and support data-driven sales planning.

Collaborate with QA and TDX teams to uplift team capability, provide regular reports to Sales Management, and coach SPV/TSRs to meet targets while maintaining service quality for customers and communities in

Responsibilities

• Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA
• Responsible of quality performance by daily, monthly and yearly basis
• Ensure, manage, control, monitor team member mapping database (mapping align with TSR's skill), database distribution and utilization also database strategy per vintage and campaigns by daily basis
• Analyse database traffic and sales result (gross and quality) everyday
• Sales review and planning (Daily, Weekly, & Monthly)
• Collaborate with QA team to fixing and increasing team quality performance by weekly and/or monthly or whenever needed.
• Responsible of sales capacity every month as targeted by AIA
• Coach and develop SPV and TSRs by regular basis
• Responsible and provide reports by daily, weekly and monthly to Sales Manage and/or DMTM team
• Collaborate with TDX team for TSRs skill development
