Job summary

AIA Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a strategic planning professional to drive growth and profitability across group, entity or function levels. You will build environmental scans, coordinate inputs from major business units and help align plans with the corporate strategy.

You'll facilitate reviews of achievements against plans and design organisational models to optimize business objectives, contributing to Healthier, Longer, Better Lives through effective governance and strategic execution.

• May design, develop and implement organisation models to optimise the achievement of business objectives
