Job summary

AIA Indonesia seeks a driven sales role to achieve monthly and yearly production targets and to optimize team capacity for campaigns.

You will map TSR skills, analyze sales data, and coordinate with QA and TDX teams to uplift performance. The position emphasizes reporting, continuous improvement, and collaboration across departments in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management or team leadership is preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and yearly production targets as set by AIA.
• Monitor and improve quality performance on daily, monthly, and yearly bases.
• Manage team member mapping databases and ensure campaigns are aligned with TSR skill sets.
• Analyze database traffic and sales results on a daily basis.
• Plan and review sales activities (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Collaborate with QA to improve team quality performance on a regular basis.
• Provide regular reports to Sales Manager and DMTM team.
• Coordinate with TDX for TSR skill development.

About The Role

Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA

• Responsible and achieve monthly and yearly production result as targeted by AIA
• Responsible of quality performance by daily, monthly and yearly basis
• Ensure, manage, control, monitor team member mapping database (mapping align with TSR’s skill), database distribution and utilization also database strategy per vintage and campaigns by daily basis
• Analyse database traffic and sales result (gross and quality) everyday
• Sales review and planning (Daily, Weekly, & Monthly)
• Collaborate with QA team to fixing and increasing team quality performance by weekly and/or monthly or whenever needed.
• Responsible of sales capacity every month as targeted by AIA
• Coach and develop SPV and TSRs by regular basis
• Responsible and provide reports by daily, weekly and monthly to Sales Manage and/or DMTM team
• Collaborate with TDX team for TSRs skill development
