Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking an actuary to review distribution channel campaigns, costs and compensation, and to update profitability forecasting. You will assess scheme changes and ensure alignment with financial targets.

You will perform risk and financial assessments for agency or Bancassurance compensation, test updates in the system, and coordinate with multiple departments to provide EXCO-ready finance insights and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to review distribution channel’s campaign scheme and cost, channel compensation, and provide the update in the channel profitability’s forecasting.
• Ensuring distribution channel’s marketing campaign cost and benefit are acceptable to meet the financial target.
• Proposing changes of scheme, terms and conditions if needed.
• Perform risk and financial assessment on the proposed Agency or Bancassurance compensation.
• Ensure proper checking and testing of new/updated compensation in system.
• Update the channel profitability’s forecasting on regular basis and highlight potential actions to meet the financial target.
• Liaise with various departments to get data, insight or understanding when assessing campaigns or reviewing finance material to be presented to EXCO.
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered in timely manner and accurately.
