Job summary

Systemiq Ltd. is seeking a senior System Change Leader to support external partners in developing strategies and identifying investment opportunities across new technologies and business models that shift capital toward a low-carbon, nature-positive economy.

You will lead a team of System Change Leaders, helping them thrive while bringing data together for insightful analyses and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• English at business international level (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Indonesia capital markets & macro trends and how financial tools shift capital for sustainable outcomes.
• Background in corporate advisory or financial institutions is preferred.
• Understanding of ESG, sustainable and climate finance trends.
• 5+ years in a professional system-change environment (research, advisory, strategy, management, investment).
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support external partners to develop strategies in a rapidly changing environment – working with them to identify investment opportunities across new technologies and business models that can shift capital towards a low-carbon, nature-positive economic system.
• Lead a team of other System Change Leaders and support them to thrive in their work
• Bring data together in a consistent way and perform analyses based on agreed questions for insights,
• Develop long-lasting and collaborative relationships with project partners and stakeholders,
• Provide strategic insights and develop practical solutions for successful transformations
• Support these partners in monitoring, evaluating, and communicating their business model, vision, and impact

Essential Qualifications / Experience

• Business international level of English (required)– both written and oral
• Demonstrable knowledge of Indonesia of capital markets & macroeconomic trends and an understanding of how financial institutions, instruments, and tools can help shift capital at scale for a low-carbon, nature-positive, more inclusive economy
• Ideally, a background in a corporate advisory firm or financial institution
• An understanding of trends across ESG, sustainable, and climate finance
• 5+ years of experience in a professional system change environment (thought leadership/research, start-ups, advisory/consulting, strategy, project management, investment), preferably in an international environment
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
