Job summary

Planet Partnerships is a boutique investment and advisory firm seeking a Project and Proposal Coordinator for its Bali (Sanur) office. You will support new business development, manage projects, and conduct research across economic development and sustainable finance initiatives with international teams.

The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the candidate will join a diverse team of economists, engineers, and policy experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, environmental engineering, law, or sustainable development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a development consulting firm, government agency, financial institution, NGO, or similar.
• Passion for economic development, environmental conservation, poverty alleviation, private sector development.
• Highly organized with strong time and task management.
• Ability to work across time zones and international contexts.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; professional writing skills.

• Lead the recruitment of external advisors for ongoing and upcoming development projects worldwide.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on topics related to capital mobilization, infrastructure development, and sustainable finance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment on project objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with domain experts, implementing partners, private enterprise, and clients.
• Support project travel planning and logistics for new business and project delivery teams.

Position Description

Planet Partnerships is advertising for a Project and Proposal Coordinator to support new business, project management, and research across our portfolio of economic development, ecosystem conservation, and sustainable investment projects. The role will be performed from our Bali (Sanur) office, working with our international teams in the Asia-Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa, United States, and other geographies.
