Job summary

Equatorise Advisory is seeking Indonesian talent to join as a Consultant focused on Net Zero Sustainability Transition (NZST). You will work on projects at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and ESG strategy.

You will support clients in implementing sustainability reporting frameworks, improving ESG disclosures, and aligning financial strategies with sustainability goals, collaborating with teams across borders to deliver insights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large sustainability consulting mandates across the full project cycle.

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, Indonesian talent who demonstrates a strong interest in Net Zero Sustainability Transition (NZST) to join our growing team at Equatorise Advisory as a Consultant.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy.

You will support clients in implementing sustainability reporting frameworks, improving ESG disclosures, and aligning financial strategies with sustainability goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and solutions that help organizations respond to growing demands for transparency, climate risk management, and sustainable finance integration.

What you’ll be up to in this role

• Manage and supervise medium-to-large-size sustainability consulting mandates throughout their entire project cycle: initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and
  closure
• Collaborate with a high degree of professionalism with colleagues and clients from different countries, showing signs of driving for ownership of team deliverables
• Assist clients in preparing sustainability and ESG reports that adhere to local and/or international standards
• Understand a client’s organizational structure, business environment, operating model, and industry context through guided research
• Support data collection, validation, and analysis processes for ESG metrics, helping clients track their sustainability performance and report on key environmental, social, and
  governance indicators
• Build up and own client relationship, understanding the client’s issues and how to support, rectify issues, and contribute to their success

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Accounting, or a related field
• Familiarity with key sustainability reporting frameworks and an understanding of sustainable finance principles and instrument
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ESG data, financial information, and impact metrics
• Sound knowledge of emerging global trends and enthusiasm to proactively research and learn from colleagues or our network
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and effective time management
• Have higher education qualifications from reputable universities in the UK, Europe or the US.
• Relevant industry experience in the areas of NZST including ESG consulting, financial advisory, or corporate sustainability reporting.
