Job summary

Systemiq Ltd. is seeking a senior System Change Leader to support external partners in developing strategies and identifying investment opportunities across new technologies and business models that shift capital toward a low-carbon, nature-positive economy.

You will lead a team of System Change Leaders, helping them thrive while bringing data together for insightful analyses and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• English at business international level (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Indonesia capital markets & macro trends and how financial tools shift capital for sustainable outcomes.
• Background in corporate advisory or financial institutions is preferred.
• Understanding of ESG, sustainable and climate finance trends.
• 5+ years in a professional system-change environment (research, advisory, strategy, management, investment).
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support external partners to develop strategies and identify investment opportunities in new technologies and business models for a low-carbon, nature-positive economy.
• Lead a team of System Change Leaders and help them thrive in their work.
• Consolidate data and perform analyses to deliver insights for questions agreed with partners.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with project partners and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights and practical solutions for successful transformations.
• Support partners in monitoring, evaluating and communicating their business models, vision and impact.
