Job summary

Systemiq in Jakarta is seeking a Manager to join our Sustainable Finance team. You will lead advisory projects for investors, corporates and policymakers, shaping strategies to move capital toward a low-carbon, nature-positive economy.

Youll build and direct a team, coordinate data-driven analyses, and develop practical solutions for transformations while engaging with external partners to monitor impact and communicate progress.

Qualifications

• English language at business level (written and oral).
• 5+ years in a professional system change environment (advisory/consulting, strategy or investment).
• Understanding of ESG, sustainable and climate finance trends.
• Background in corporate advisory or financial institutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support partners to develop strategies shifting capital to a low-carbon, nature-positive economy.
• Lead a team of System Change Leaders and help them thrive.
• Bring data together and perform analyses for insights.
• Develop relationships with project partners and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic insights and practical solutions for transformations.
• Support monitoring, evaluation and communication of business model, vision and impact.
