Job summary

Pt Valeo Ac Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize operations in Batam. You will manage end-to-end supply chain processes across procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Lead a dynamic team, build strong supplier relationships, and implement strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain management, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record in inventory optimization, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and reduce carrying costs.
• Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations to ensure timely delivery.
