Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
• 2–3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of import processes, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or Inventory Management Systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including import planning, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and distribution.
• Develop strategic supply chain plans to support the company's growth over the next 2–5 years.
• Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, with accurate inventory control and optimized storage.
• Monitor and improve Supply Chain KPIs, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Analyze operational data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Lead, develop, and empower the Supply Chain team to achieve operational excellence.
