Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a General Manager of Supply Chain in Jakarta to oversee end-to-end SSC operations, driving efficiency and resilience across warehousing, inventory, S&OP and logistics. You will partner with plant and logistics teams to optimize intercompany transfers and ensure cohesive planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or engineering, with a strong interest in global supply chains and experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to identify bottlenecks and issues.
• Lead the Supply Chain subdivision including Warehouse, Inventory, S&OP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning.
• Collaborate with plant, warehouse and logistics to set up intercompany transfers.
• Coordinate with other departments to create aligned growth plans.
