Job summary

PT Home Doki Teknologi in Makassar invites applications for a Store Head to lead daily operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and inventory control. You will manage online orders with the online team, supervise employees, set sales targets, develop strategies, handle budgets and ensure profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates should have at least 2 years as Store Head in furniture retail, strong communication, and English ability to interact with customers

• Experience with product display in offline stores.
• Experience with cashier transactions and customer service in retail.
• Minimum 2 years as Store Head in furniture retail.
• Good communication skills and ability to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the running of the store, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and inventory.
• Oversee online orders and cooperate with the online team.
• Direct and supervise employees, provide training, and motivate for sales goals and service.

Jobdesc:

1. Managing the running of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory.
2. Managing online orders and cooperate with the online team.
3. Directing and supervising employees, providing training, and motivating them to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
4. Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
5. Overseeing the store's budget, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability.
6. Handling customer issues, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements :

1. Have knowledge about product display, cashier transactions, customer service and sales in offline stores.
2. Have knowledge in handling online stores, product fulfillment and after-sale.
3. Have a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Store Head in the retail sector especially in furniture.

4. Domiciled in Makassar.

5. Good communication skill, able to speak English.
