Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage the running of the store, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and inventory.
Oversee online orders and cooperate with the online team.
Direct and supervise employees, provide training, and motivate for sales goals and service.
Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Oversee store budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability.
Handle customer issues and build relationships for a positive shopping experience.
