Shishi izakaya lounge & Nightclub Bali in Seminyak is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional service while maintaining profitability. This full-time role places you as the key liaison between guests, kitchen staff, and management, driving the high-quality experience our brand is known for.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a track record of managing budgets and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing and stock control.
• Lead, train, and supervise FOH and BOH staff to ensure consistent service.
• Manage guest relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor costs, budgets, waste, and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Ensure health, safety, and local regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with kitchen for menu quality and timely service.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll administration.
