Job summary

Desa Potato Head Bali seeks an Assistant Safety & Security Manager to lead safety and security operations across the Desa, including the hotel, night club and beach club. The role sits at the intersection of security, risk management, emergency preparedness and hospitality, reporting to the Desa Safety & Security Manager.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day security operations, crowd management and emergency readiness, ensuring consistent application of company and legal standards

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Management, Military Academy, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in safety and security management within a high-capacity hospitality, entertainment, or leisure establishment.
• Experience managing multi-outlet security operations across hotels, nightclubs, beach clubs, or large-scale events.
• Gada Pratama Certification is mandatory, with strong knowledge of crowd management, surveillance systems, incident response, crisis management, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and crowd management across the Hotel, Night Club and Beach Club, including high-traffic events.
• Supervise Safety & Security Supervisors and Officers, enforcing protocols and SOPs.
• Lead investigations into security breaches or incidents, and ensure equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control) is fully functioning.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments and emergency drills, and liaise with local authorities as needed.

About The Job

We are looking for an Assistant Safety & Security Manager to help lead safety and security operations across Desa Potato Head. This is an assistant management role, reporting to the Desa Safety & Security Manager, at the intersection of security, risk management, emergency preparedness and hospitality.

A major part of the role is creating a safe, secure and orderly environment across the hotel, night club and beach club. The Assistant Safety & Security Manager will support day-to-day security operations, crowd management, emergency readiness and the consistent application of company and legal standards.
