Job summary

The Bench Brewery in Uluwatu, Bali is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Kuta Selatan. This contract position will maintain a safe and secure environment, monitor premises, and respond to potential threats with professionalism and vigilance.

Candidates should have proven security experience, a valid licence, knowledge of local laws, and excellent English. Bali residency and immediate availability are preferred to support our operations and ensure safety for staff and guests.

Qualifications

The Bench Brewery is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard to join our team in Kuta Selatan, Bali. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and assets. As Security Guard, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive security protocols, monitoring premises, and responding to potential security threats with professionalism and vigilance. This role is essential to our operations and directly contributes to the safety and peace of mind of everyone within our facilities.

What we're looking for :

• Proven experience working as a Security Guard or in a similar security-related role
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response procedures
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and respond effectively to security incidents
• Valid security licence or certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security operations in Bali
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Domiciled in Bali, Able to join immediately
