Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role, strong leadership and English fluency, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. This position is based on-site at Honeymoon Kitchen, Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Able to motivate, develop, and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Lead and supervise the bar, floor service, and kitchen teams.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain food, beverage, and service quality standards.
