Job summary

Golden Agri Resources in Indonesia seeks a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment critical to palm oil production. You will coordinate projects, monitor performance, and drive improvements across maintenance systems.

The role requires aBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years' experience in industrial maintenance, with strong leadership and knowledge of SAP and safety standards.

Qualifications

Job Description Summary: Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment to support the smooth running of the production process.

Job Description: Coordinate and monitor the implementation of electrical maintenance in accordance to the target time and results. Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing electrical equipment is on schedule. Maintain all work equipment and environment hygiene. Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of work. Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and ensure corrective action is carried out when deviations occur. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies. Ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP. Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, etc.) Conduct improvements by modifying electrical equipment/machinery. Lead, develop and ensure the disciple of employees in the electrical section. Review, evaluate and submit monthly report. Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.

Job Requirements: Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or any related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning. Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems. Knowledge of electrical safety standards, quality management system and relevant certifications (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) is an advantage. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
