Job summary

Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd seeks an Accounting Manager in Jakarta to lead monthly reporting, budgeting, and KPI analysis. You will consolidate data from multiple PICs, prepare CAPEX and ad-hoc reports, and ensure accuracy with strong accounting logic.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English. Travel to different locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from reputable university.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Financial Analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong accounting logic and analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent time management and deadline-oriented.
• Experience in multi-entities environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and performance reviews accurately and on time.
• Prepare monthly Capex progress reports timely and accurately.
• Perform variance analysis between Actual, Budget and Forecast figures.
• Analyze key financial KPIs such as Gross Margin, EBITDA and Net Income.
• Prepare annual budgeting timely and accurately.
• Amalgamate and validate financial data from various PICs.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Financial Analyst.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must.

Strong accounting logic and analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluent in English language (both spoken and written).

Excellent time management skills and timelines driven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare monthly management reports and performance reviews timely and accurately.

Prepare monthly Capex Progress report timely and accurately.

Perform variance analysis between Actual, Budget and Forecast figures.
