Job summary

Golden Agri Resources in Indonesia invites applications for a Maintenance Engineer to coordinate maintenance activities, ensure reliability of mechanical equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards across production facilities.

You will lead a small team, plan preventive maintenance, monitor SAP workflows, and drive improvements in line with ISO 9001 and related standards. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in palm oil manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP and maintenance management systems; awareness of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO is advantageous.

Job Description

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance in accordance to the target time and results. Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing mechanical equipment. Maintain all work equipment and environment cleanliness within the work location. Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of work. Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and ensure corrective action is carried out when deviations occur. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies. Ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP. Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, etc.) Conduct improvements by modifying equipment/machines. Lead, develop and ensure the disciple of employees in the mechanical section. Review, evaluate and submit monthly report. Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman.

Job Requirements

Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or any related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, preventive maintenance, and maintenance planning, maintenance project management and equipment improvement. Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems. Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) is an advantage. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
