Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd is hiring a Duty Manager in Bali to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our properties. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high service standards, manage guest inquiries, and resolve operational issues while maintaining Cove's standards and procedures.

The role requires 4–5 years in hospitality/operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Immediate start; full-time, onsite in Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, property management, or operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hotel or property operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operational workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience using property or hotel management systems is an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Role Purpose

• To ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Cove properties by maintaining high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
