Job summary

PT Space Time Cube Indonesia is seeking a Personal Assistant to support senior management in Jakarta. The role involves organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging business travel, with a focus on smooth daily operations at Mall Taman Anggrek.

Fluent Mandarin and strong Bahasa Indonesia are essential, as you will translate and interpret between the two languages and liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
