The role covers Income Tax, VAT, and Property Tax, with data clearing and audit documentation support.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Tax, at least 2 years of supervisor-level tax experience in retail, BKP certification is a plus, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Tax.
• At least 2 years of professional tax experience as supervisor, preferably in retail.
• BKP (Bureau Kredit Pajak) certificate is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the company's tax obligations monthly and annually, ensuring timely payment and reporting (Income Tax, VAT, and Property Tax).
• Prepare Income Tax reports (Articles 21, 23, 26, and 4(2)) and VAT on foreign services.
• Perform reconciliation of prepaid taxes and VAT reconciliation working papers.
• Handle tax audits and compile Property Tax listings and Corporate Income Tax Returns.
• Support quarterly financial reporting and VAT recalculation.

Job description

The Assistant Tax Manager is responsible for monitoring the company's tax obligations, both monthly and annually, to ensure timely payment and reporting (Income Tax, VAT, and Property Tax), performing data clearing in the system, and providing data and document support for audits in accordance with the applicable company standard operating procedures.

Job Description :

Determining tax objects on payment documents to suppliers/vendors.

Providing tax consultations with both internal and external teams.

Preparing Income Tax reports (Article 21, Article 23, Article 26, and Article 4(2)) as well as VAT on foreign services.

Performing reconciliation of prepaid taxes (Income Tax Article 23/22/4(2)),

Preparing VAT reconciliation working papers,

Handling tax audits

Compiling Property Tax (PBB) listings and Corporate Income Tax Returns (Annual CIT Return).

Supporting quarterly financial reporting and VAT recalculation

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Tax.

At least 2 Year(s) of professional tax experience as supervisor level, having experience in Retail industry is a must.

Candidate with BKP (minimum B Certificate) will be greatly considerate.

Fluent in English both spoken and written.
