Job summary

PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, a leading retail group in Indonesia, seeks an Assistant Tax Manager to oversee monthly and annual tax obligations, ensure timely payments and reporting, and support audits. The role covers Income Tax, VAT, and Property Tax, with data clearing and audit documentation support.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Tax, at least 2 years of supervisor-level tax experience in retail, BKP certification is a plus, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Tax.
• At least 2 years of professional tax experience as supervisor, preferably in retail.
• BKP (Bureau Kredit Pajak) certificate is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the company's tax obligations monthly and annually, ensuring timely payment and reporting (Income Tax, VAT, and Property Tax).
• Prepare Income Tax reports (Articles 21, 23, 26, and 4(2)) and VAT on foreign services.
• Perform reconciliation of prepaid taxes and VAT reconciliation working papers.
• Handle tax audits and compile Property Tax listings and Corporate Income Tax Returns.
• Support quarterly financial reporting and VAT recalculation.
