Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead the company's tax compliance and reporting efforts in Indonesia. This role requires coordinating with authorities, auditors, and internal teams to ensure timely tax returns and optimal tax planning.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of taxation experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations, and fluent Mandarin and English skills, with Bahasa Indonesia proficiency for local requirements.
Lead and oversee the company's tax compliance and reporting in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns.
Monitor tax regulations and assess their impact on the company's business operations.
Manage tax audits, tax disputes, tax assessments, and correspondence with the relevant tax authorities.
Provide tax advice and recommendations to management and relevant business functions.
Support tax planning and optimization initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Review tax implications of business transactions, agreements, and company activities.
Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and other relevant parties when required.
Monitor tax payments, reconciliations, and tax-related financial records.
Identify potential tax risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in taxation, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax compliance.
Experience in handling tax audits, tax assessments, and tax disputes is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Mandarin and English; both written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, particularly for handling Indonesian tax regulations and communication with local stakeholders.
Experience in the logistics, transportation, e-commerce, retail, or other fast-paced industries is an advantage.
Professional tax certification such as Brevet A & B is preferred.
