Job summary

PT Hasura Mitra Gemilang in Cikarang is seeking an Assistant Manager Marketing to support strategy, develop new customers, and manage RFQ and quotations in an automotive/electronics manufacturing setting.

The role requires experience with plastic injection molding, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, PPIC, QC, and Production. Travel for business is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management or related field.
• Experience in plastic injection molding or automotive/electronic parts manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in automotive or electronics industries.
• Basic ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to visit customers and travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market developments, material prices, competitors, and trends in the plastic injection industry.
• Support Marketing Department in developing marketing strategies, annual sales targets, and department budgets.
• Represent Head of Marketing when required and carry out instructions from Head of Marketing and Director.
• Control RFQ, costings, quotations, and price negotiation until PO issuance.
• Build business networks and develop new customers and projects, especially OEM/Tier 1 in automotive/electronics.
• Ensure new model development projects run on schedule from initiation to first delivery.
• Act as main PIC for key customers and maintain effective communication.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Tooling, PPIC, QC, and Production on new projects, delivery, and issues.
• Ensure price adjustments follow changes in specs or raw material costs.
• Lead and coach Marketing Section Heads and staff.
• Prepare monthly Marketing KPI reports and presentations.
• Monitor existing product sales, outstanding POs, delivery performance, and overdue receivables with Finance.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
• Address customer complaints with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
