Job summary

PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia is seeking a production supervisor to oversee IP and Pelletizing activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. You will coach leaders, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvements across the footwear manufacturing line.

The role requires strong knowledge of pelletizing, materials, and production planning, with proven leadership and English proficiency to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Senior High School in any major.
• Minimum 7 years of footwear manufacturing experience.
• English language proficiency required.
• Strong knowledge of IP/Pelletizing processes and footwear materials.
• Leadership, coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan IP and Pelletizing production activities according to the production schedule.
• Monitor IP and Pelletizing processes to meet established targets.
• Supervise and guide subordinates to meet quality standards and reduce rejects.
• Provide coaching to leaders to improve capabilities and performance.
• Evaluate team performance to maintain high output.
• Analyze and resolve production issues and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Comply with OHS, energy, quality and environment programs.
• Provide information on accidents and OSH-related issues to improve management systems.

Job Overview

Plan, monitor, control and develop the departments under their coordination, and when necessary, implement improvements to increase production output in accordance with established quality standards.

Responsibilities and duties

Plan IP and Pelletizing production activities according to the established production schedule so that effective in producing output.

Monitor IP and Pelletizing production processes and ensure that the production planning that has been established is achieved in accordance with the defined targets.

Supervise, reprimand, warn, and guide subordinates who have not followed procedures or met the established quality standards, in order to achieve targets and reduce the number of rejected items.

Provide coaching and counseling to leaders so that increase their capabilities and improve the performance of leaders in each respective area.

Evaluate team performance to ensure that the performance of the teams under their coordination remains high.

Analyze and resolve issues related to ongoing production processes and coordinate with relevant parties regarding those issues.

Follow company program:

Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.

Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Candidates must have at least Senior High School in Any Major

At least 7 years above of experience as footwear manufacturing

Required languages: English
