Job summary

PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia is seeking a Shipment Documentation Specialist to manage sample shipment documentation and related processes. You will coordinate packaging, cross-department collaboration, and monthly reporting to Finance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor degree, at least 1 year in the shoe industry, and proficiency in English. You will work under safety and quality guidelines and support OSH and environmental programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• English language proficiency essential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the shoe industry.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, EIP and payment systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create shipment documentation for sample shipments (Production Pull to WHQ, PCC, SPA, Trial, Transfer Out, Material, Bottom, Color Swatch).
• Prepare and manage sample shipping processes for shoe products and related packaging and cross-department coordination.
• Produce monthly shipment reports to Finance.
• Support subcontract tooling documentation and tooling-related processes.
• Track and input BC 27/BC 40 customs documents in EIP and WIS systems.
• Provide visitor support for buyers, vendors, and other parties related to PTC.
• Contribute to safety, health, energy, quality, and environment programs as part of the company management system.

Shipment document process for the purposes of sample shoes so that it can run according to procedure.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Shipment Decumentation Creation : Sample Shipping Shoe (Production Pull to WHQ/ Production Pull to PCC/ SPA/ Trial/ Transfer Out/ Material/ Bottom/ Color Swatch)

Sample Shipping Process Sample shoe, Material, CS Inbond and outbond (Packing and Cross Department (Custom)) and Tooling support

Monthly Shipment report to Finance

Subcontract tooling support and pressing pad Document

Loan Contract Tooling Support

Tracking 4 monthly report customs document BC 27 and BC 40, Input EIP (GS 02 - Shipping sample shoe), Input WIS System customs document

Visitor Support related to PTC ( Buyer, Vendor and other FTY )

Follow company program:

Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.

Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirements :

Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Any Major

Required language: English.

Mininum 1 year from Shoe Industry.

Knowledges and Skills:

Understand about HR Regulation, BC Documents, Shipping Process, Sample Storage Management, Administration process and document filing system, SAP, ERP, EIP and Payment System operations

Personality or Character:

Drives collaboration, Drives Engagement, Communicates Effectively

Understanding vission mission company and safety policy.

Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment.
