Job summary

PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Manager Outsole to supervise and coordinate all outsole production activities in our footwear facility. You will ensure processes from material mixing to finishing run on time and meet quality standards, while leading teams and maintaining safety programs.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in footwear supervision, strong knowledge of ISO standards and Six Sigma, and proficient use of MS Office and PPIC scheduling.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it their priority.
• Bachelor Degree in Any Major is required.
• English language proficiency is required.
• At least 7 years as Supervisor/Leader in the shoe industry.
• Knowledge: ISO 9001/14001/18001/50001, Six Sigma, NOS, OHS, and Buyer programs.
• Skills: able to create procedures (WI), PFC, TPM; read PPIC schedule; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all production processes from raw material processing to finishing according to standards and targets.
• Coordinate material and human resources for efficient production use.
• Oversee Stock Opname (SO) implementation and material usage accuracy.
• Coordinate with Buyer, other departments and vendors to resolve production issues.
• Monitor production to meet predefined time targets and improve efficiency.
• Lead quality control to ensure good product standards and manage waste with RMCC.
• Run projects from Buyer to support company programs.
• Ensure tools/machines are maintained and available for smooth operations.
• Hold meetings with Production team on planning and evaluation for future cycles.
• Ensure K3 guidelines are implemented across production areas.

Assistant Manager Outsole (Footwear Industry)

Coordinate and monitor all production processes, starting from the processing of raw materials (mixing), processing of raw materials into semi-finished materials (pressing), and finishing which are carried out according to standards, time targets, efficiently, and carry out all predetermined regulations so that company targets are met.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Coordinate and monitor the human and material resource requirements needed in the production process for the effective use of resources

Coordinate the implementation of Stock Opname (SO) and monitor the calculation of material usage to ensure the accuracy of material usage in accordance with production planning

Coordinate with Buyer, other departments, and vendors, in order to resolve issues that occur in production

Monitor the production process and ensure that it meets predetermined time targets

Monitor the implementation of efficiency programs (energy use and material loss) and ensure that they have been carried out in all production areas to support the companys programs

Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs so that the products produced are of good quality

Monitor the management of production waste and coordinate with the Site Management-RMCC to calculate material loss in order to support efficiency programs

Running projects from Buyer to support company programs

Ensuring tools/machines are well maintained and available for smooth production process

Holding meetings with the Production team regarding production planning and evaluation of the previous production process as a reference for the next production process

Ensuring the implementation of K3 guidelines is carried out in all production areas to maintain compliance with the provisions

Evaluate team performance and provide training in order to improve team competence

Follow company program:

Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.

Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Any Major

Required language: English.

Min. 7 years as Supervisor/Leader in the same field of the shoe industry.

Knowledges: Understand Company regulations, Six sigma, waste, NOS, and OHS, Understand ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 50001, Understand Program and best practice of Buyer

Skills: Able to create procedure, WI, PFC, and TPM, Technical capabilities regarding outsole process, Able to read PPIC schedule, Mastering at Microsoft Office.
