Job summary

PT Jones and Vining Indonesia is seeking a Production Supervisor for its footwear manufacturing operations. You will oversee cutting, stitching, assembly, lasting, cementing, finishing, and packing to meet targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in footwear production, strong leadership and communication, and ability to drive productivity and 5S/continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Footwear/Shoes Manufacturing.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Footwear production processes, including Cutting, Stitching/Sewing, Assembly, Lasting, Cementing, Finishing, and Packing.
• Good understanding of production targets, productivity, efficiency, and manpower management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Quality Control, 5S/5R, K3, and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure production processes run according to targets, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Manage and control manpower and daily production activities.
• Monitor production output, productivity, and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve issues during the production process.
• Coordinate with related departments, including PPIC, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse.
• Provide guidance and performance evaluations to Leaders and Operators.
• Implement improvements to enhance production productivity and efficiency.
• Direct experience in Footwear/Shoes Manufacturing is required.
