Job summary

Kadecons is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support the project team on construction sites in Bali. This contract-by-project role focuses on warehouse operations, material handling, and accurate documentation.

You will assist with incoming/outgoing materials, inventory reporting, stock control, and maintain safety and order in the warehouse. On-site work experience in construction is preferred. Strong Excel skills and coordination with suppliers are important.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Previous experience in a construction company or construction project is required.
• Familiar with construction materials, tools, and equipment management.
• Able to maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site at construction projects.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistic & Warehouse Staff to join our construction project team. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry and is ready to work in a dynamic project environment.

What you'll do :

Assist logistic staff for incoming and outgoing project materials and ensure accurate documentation.

Receive, inspect, and store materials according to warehouse procedures.

Assist to Prepare daily/weekly inventory and material usage reports.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse area.

What we’re looking for :
