PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a proactive Assistant GM and Purchasing Operations with Mandarin language skills to join our team in the Technology & Digital Industry. The role encompasses procurement activities, coordination with merchants and warehouses, and support for the General Manager's scheduling and documentation.

Mandarin–Indonesian translation for meetings and communications is a key part of the position.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in assistant or translation roles is preferred.
• Study experience in China is a plus.
• Familiar with procurement processes or e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle procurement activities, including price inquiries, order placement, order tracking, and quality inspection.
• Coordinate with merchants, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, documentation, meetings, and daily administrative tasks.
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian translation for business meetings and external communications.
• Coordinate with business partners and handle other assigned tasks.
