Qualifications

• 4+ years in engineering within hospitality, including large operations.
• Experience as Assistant Director of Engineering in a luxury resort context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree desirable.
• Indonesian language communication preferred.

Requirements

• Experience at least 4 years solid experience in Engineering in the hospitality industry and must have experience as Assistant Director of Engineering, preferably of a large operation of more than 500 rooms and villas, residential building, multi F&B outlets, multi-pools, a wide landscaping area, and a large spa operation in a luxury resort environment.
• Eloquent in Indonesian Language communication preferable
• Strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent organization skills, analytical skills, tact, strong follow-up skills, and project management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of project construction and direct experience would be an advantage.
• Has the ability to analyze financial data, budgeting, and cost calculation for an effective return on investment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. Master's degree is desirable.
