Qualifikationen

• Understanding of business licensing and healthcare facilities.
• Highly organized in documentation and filing.

Aufgaben

• Oversee clinic licensing processes from prep to completion.
• Ensure licensing documents are complete and well documented.
• Analyse targets and performance gaps.
• Monitor clinic performance daily, weekly and monthly.
• Ensure SOP implementation across all clinics.
• Identify bottlenecks and improvement plans using PDCA.
• Create operational dashboards and provide insights to Manager Operational.
