Job summary

PT Paramount Enterprise International in Indonesia seeks a senior maintenance manager to oversee building maintenance, equipment reliability, and cost optimization. You will supervise technicians and vendors, coordinate with other departments, and ensure SLA compliance for service delivery.

The role requires a strong MEP background, leadership, and extensive hands-on experience in facility management, with willingness to be stationed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of building maintenance, engineering, or facility management experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and civil works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and ensure all building equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Support the preparation of annual work plans and budgets.
• Ensure all user complaints are resolved properly in accordance with the SLA.
• Monitor operational and maintenance costs to ensure monthly cost efficiency.
• Monitor the procurement and availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out according to schedules.
• Coordinate the implementation of K3L procedures, including emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Prepare and submit repair or maintenance proposals for work requiring additional budget approval.
• Supervise repair and maintenance activities performed by internal technicians and external vendors.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and vendors to ensure maintenance activities are completed effectively and on schedule.
