PT Yanfeng Automotive Interior Systems Indonesia is seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive new projects and manage OEM relationships. The role emphasizes early screening, quotation strategy, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

You will support launches, CSRs, and issue resolution, thriving in a fast-paced environment while building strong, long-term customer partnerships within the automotive interiors sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
Fluent in English; Mandarin will be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience managing relationships with automotive OEMs.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong in communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Preliminary screening of potential business and quotation strategy.
Business development of new projects.
Obtain customer support for projects after designated points.
Ensure customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
Identify risks and opportunities affecting conformity and customer satisfaction.
Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and positive relationships with customers.
Support launch and manufacturing for CSRs.
Assist in resolution of customer issues as needed.

Support launch and manufacturing for implementation of Customer-specific requirements (CSRs)

Support resolution to customer issues (as needed)
