You will support launches, CSRs, and issue resolution, thriving in a fast-paced environment while building strong, long-term customer partnerships within the automotive interiors sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience managing relationships with automotive OEMs.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong in communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Preliminary screening of potential business and quotation strategy.
• Business development of new projects.
• Obtain customer support for projects after designated points.
• Ensure customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting conformity and customer satisfaction.
• Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and positive relationships with customers.
• Support launch and manufacturing for CSRs.
• Assist in resolution of customer issues as needed.
